There are four ways for you to place an order. - Online: You can purchase the items you select by completing our secure order form.

| Do you accept purchase orders? |
Many of the orders we receive are submitted on purchase orders. We ask that purchase orders are on organization or agency letterhead and that they be either faxed or sent by mail. |
| How will I know if you have received my online order? |
Shortly after your order is submitted you will receive an online confirmation that Child Development Media has received your order. |
| How long will it take for me to receive my order? |
Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order. All orders shipped within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada ship UPS®. If you need your materials quickly rush orders are available.
Please allow two to four weeks to receive all other orders. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and to APO, FPO and PPO Military Bases are insured and shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. International orders are insured and shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. |
| How will I know if my order has been shipped? |
Orders received on Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. You can obtain the UPS® tracking number for your package by calling us at 800-405-8942. If you have any questions about your order please let us know by email or by calling us at 800-405-8942. |
| Do you accept returns? |
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee when returned materials are accompanied by the invoice. All materials must be in saleable, unmarked, and undamaged condition. Please note sales are final for item #40470 Bridges for Children with Autism - complete program. Refunds or invoice adjustments are handled promptly. The customer is responsible for shipping by traceable means (UPS, RPS or insured mail). The initial 10% handling and shipping is not refundable. |
